You have landed on my Home Page and I am proud to tell you about my career as a Realtor:

2023 will be my 46th year of servicing the Capital Region of New York State as a Real Estate professional. In 2017 I achieved the distinguished honor of Realtor Emeritus for being an active Realtor for 40 years along with being involved in various community service organizations.  I am also a Licensed Associate RE Broker, Certified E Pro, & Senior Sales Rep with the Howard Hanna Greenbush Office and a proud member of the Brewer Morris Team.  Our motto is: "Exceeding Expectations on a Daily Basis"

The Brewer Morris Team has reached the highest level of production in our company for each of the past 10 years.  In the crowded field of local Realtors, our Team stands as one that produces results.  The Brewer / Morris Team consists of 2 other full time Agents and we have over 60 years of combined experience which we use to our client's advantage.  Another unique feature that sets our Team apart is our super aggressive marketing plan. We are always updating this plan to reflect the latest social media trends including Facebook, Instagram and You Tube.  Our goal is to expose our listings to as many buyers as possible, through all of the latest platforms that are available.  We also believe in open houses and other "old school" tried and true methods. 

Since 2019, our powerhouse Team closed over $100 million in sales volume with 350 transactions in 8 different counties.  Quite an achievement and one that we are committed to continuing in 2023.
